Today was a waffle-making day. Living in the North means making lots of things you like to eat from scratch because your local NorthMart doesn't carry them. So whole-wheat and flax seed waffles were on the snack menu today. Gavyn ate a tower of them with peach yogurt - YUMMY!

Hey, can I have that recipe?? It's Sat. morning and I'm cruising the web looking for good waffle recipes, and haven't found anything that catches my eye yet. My kids love flax seeds so we'd enjoy this!
