Step by step...

HOURRAY!!! Noah took his first few steps today. Tried to catch it on video...but no luck. We were all so proud! Gavyn got a real kick out of it and Noah looked as though he was taken by surprise. Oh the fun to come!

Grandma's trip to Iqaluit...

We had such a good time and 10 days pasted by very quickly.
They were busy days that included sliding at the park, playing on the swings, watching Gavyn at his hockey practice, swimming at the pool, shoveling snow, visiting the museum and the library, hiking Sylvia Grinnell on a super windy day and lots more. Grandma was also here for Noah's baptism and took part in our Easter hunt.
Here are some of the pictures.

Here are Daddy and Gavyn sliding last weekend down our super sliding hill at Joamie school near our home. So much fun!

And here is Grandma's turn...too bad it's a bit fuzzy. Boy was she ever brave!!!

Noah is 9 months old!!

Noah is 9 months old today. Time is flying!!! He is on the verge of walking, but then again, that may be for another few months. He loves saying "Dada" over and over again and at different intonations. He loves his big brother so much and tries to everything that Gavyn does. We often play chase and Noah is on the hunt behind Daddy, Gavyn and Momma. Noah is now eating lots of different things with avocados and egg yolks being among his favourites. Last Sunday his 6th tooth made an appearance, so he had an extra tooth to chew his Easter turkey!
Here are our little monkeys playing together tonight after their bath and jsut before bedtime.

Big Developments for Gavyn ...

Gavyn has decided that he can swim and skate all by himself!! In the past week he has made great strides. Here are a couple videos we took at the swimming pool and at the hockey arena. Hourray!!!

And some pics too...

Happy Easter!!!

Hope the Easter bunny was good to you all!!!
We had a lovely Easter and it was extra fun having Grandma Bryant here to celebrate with us. Plus that meant that Matt and I didn't need to eat the whole turkey by ourselves ;)

Our precious little bunny!

Just like in "Max et la poule en chocolat", Gavyn too won the chocolate hen after finding the most chocolate eggs.
And here is the turkey...

Noah's Baptism

What a lovely service. We were happy to share our day with friends and family. It was particularly special having the service in English, French and Inuktitut!
The boys were wonderful in church despite the service being well over an hour and a half. We then headed over to the Frobisher Inn for Brunch with 35 of our friends and continued the celebration. We had booked a private room. This allowed for the kids to have a great time running around and playing games.

Here is handsome little Noah!

Grandma Bryant arrived last Friday, just in time for Noah baptism.
Handsome Gavyn!!
Gavyn called it "Noah's Bath-twizm"
Big Kisses!!
